Yoga Time will have two yoga classes on Tuesday, starting 1/12/10 to further notice 4pm-5:15pm and 6pm-7:15pm $10.00 (beginners and back healing)
And will add Saturday classes starting 1/23/10 to further notice 11am-12:15pm Yoga Class $10.00 (this class will be a tough workout)
12:30pm-1:00pm Mantra/Meditation/Relaxation Class $5.00 (total relaxation)
Singing Bowl Sessions: $10.00,
6:30pm-7:30pm (doors open at 6:15pm.)
Wednesday’s 1/20/10, 2/10/10, 3/10/10, 4/14/10 and 5/19/10
Friday’s 1/29/10, 2/26/10, 3/26/10, 4/23/10 and 5/14/10
