About Yoga Time Studio

Paulette has put her heart and soul into creating an environment where you can come and experience yoga (a combination of Hatha and Kundalini Yoga) while feeling a sense of peace and calmness. The studio is carpeted and it is a must at Yoga Time for it helps people living with arthritis and back pain. The wonderful music, fountains, candles and lighting add to the ambience of the Yoga Time Experience. The energies within the walls of Yoga Time will be enhanced by the energies you give out, leaving you with a feeling of higher self and openness. So please do not bring negative vibes into the studio. The changes that yoga can bring to your life are wonderful and fulfilling. Some are unexpected and others are sought, either way the classes are designed for the students. One class may work on healing the back, while the next class may work on charkas, the next may be about relaxation or a good tough workout if that’s what the class wants. The last 20 min’s consist of a 10 min. mantra followed by a 10 min. meditation/relaxation period.

You will get a good workout, but most importantly, you will relax. The mantras and meditations are chosen carefully, ending your workout with a sense of completion. Yoga Time is not power yoga or hot yoga. It is yoga that induces fitness, calmness and spirituality. It is the union of “Mind, body & spirit”. “When you know that all is light, then you are enlightened,” Yogi Bhajan.

The country setting sets Yoga Time apart from the others for we have a fire circle, a yoga yard and meditative gardens in the back of the property. It is Yoga Heaven…

Paulette also created The Tea Garden where she encourages you to sit, sip & relax. Have a cup of yogi tea, where there are over 60 varieties of tea for sample and for sale. There is still store inventory for sale, please inquire.

Make your appointment for a Reiki or Sound therapy session today. Come in and experience Yoga Time. Make Yoga Time, your time.
